Never again British Airways
We had a pretty awful experience with the British Airways flight. I had booked the flight on the British Airways website, and noticed that the time between connecting flights was about an hour and a half.

It seemed a little short but I figured if they were the ones selling me the flight, it should work.
Well, it turned out that we had to both take a bus to a new terminal, AND go through security again, both of which took a long time. We actually made it to the gate in time, 20 minutes before take off, but they had already automatically cancelled is from that flight, and booked us on the following flight.
The employee at the gate made a half-hearted effort to switch us to the flight to that was leaving, which was on its final boarding call, but then said that the system didn't allow him.
So we were out of luck, and are now hanging around the airport waiting for the next flight.
Another reason that I'm unhappy is that they stole my butter knife at the security gate. It was a very dull knife, with a completely curved tip, that I specifically brought with to use for picnics and spreading soft cheese, etc.
